Kanetataki is a yokai with a kappa‑like mouth, wearing a large bronze bowl over its head like a ritual helmet. In its hands it holds a keisu, a Buddhist sounding instrument used in ceremonies, suggesting a role in marking sacred time and calling attention to the unseen. Its quiet posture and focused expression give the impression of a being that listens deeply before releasing a single resonant strike. 鐘叩（かねたたき）は、頭に青銅の大きな鉢をかぶり、河童のような口をした容姿の妖怪として表現したアートドールです。 手には仏教儀式で用いられる鳴り物・けいすを持ち、静かに佇む姿は、いつでも一打の音を響かせられるような緊張感を漂わせています。 どこか物憂げな表情をしたこの妖怪は、作者のお気に入りの一つです。 落ち着いた造形の中に不思議な存在感が宿る作品です。
