Description
Nurikabe is widely known as an invisible wall yokai that blocks travelers at night, often depicted as a flat wall with eyes and a mouth. However, the version illustrated in Bakemono‑no‑e shows a completely different interpretation: a three‑eyed, lion‑like creature with a powerful and uncanny presence. This piece recreates that rare depiction, sculpted entirely from polymorph to capture the solid, wall‑like weight and the strange expression of the original artwork.

一般的に知られるぬりかべは、壁に直接目や口がついた姿で描かれますが、 参考にした『化物尽繪（ばけもののえ）』のぬりかべは、三つ目の獅子のような姿で表現されています。 本作では、その珍しい原画の雰囲気を忠実に再現し、重厚感のある造形をポリモーフでスカルプトしました。 アーマーチャーは入っておらず、しっかりとした塊感のある作品です。
