Description
This yokai is depicted with a pitch‑black body and legs covered in spiny, arthropod‑like protrusions. According to old tales, it appeared from behind an ancient burial mound—not attacking people, but simply taking a cow and returning quietly to the mountains. Its mysterious yet harmless nature is reflected in this faithful recreation of the original illustration.
